discoveryfiles.ai is a static website with no accounts or forms. We may review usage statistics to understand how the site is used. Hosting requests, email correspondence and external resources can involve personal data.

The site is operated by Generell AI, Belgium. Generell AI is responsible for personal data it processes in operating the site and handling enquiries. Privacy requests: privacy@discoveryfiles.ai.

Hosting and usage statistics

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. It processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser or crawler information. Hosting reports help us understand usage, investigate errors or abuse and check crawler access. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its data handling.

Email correspondence

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you include. Correspondence may be stored in our email service as part of handling your enquiry. It is separate from the website's pages and usage statistics. To ask about information held in correspondence or request its deletion, contact privacy@discoveryfiles.ai.

Third parties

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts on every page, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Those requests are subject to Google's privacy policy.

The archived Beyond the files page additionally loads news.google.com/swg/js/v1/publisher.js to render Google's "preferred source" button. That script runs on that route only. It is Google's own code and is subject to the same privacy policy. Blocking that script leaves the page fully readable.

The website's own code does not set tracking cookies or include an analytics script. Cloudflare and Google's resources process requests under their respective policies.

Copying templates

The copy buttons on the templates page operate entirely in your browser using the clipboard API. The website code does not send the copied text to us.

Previous versions of this site

Earlier versions of discoveryfiles.ai offered a file generator and an implementation registry that accepted submissions. Both have been removed. Any implementation records previously submitted have been deleted along with the database that held them. If you submitted a record and want confirmation, email privacy@discoveryfiles.ai.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Requests may concern email correspondence or hosting request data. Send requests to privacy@discoveryfiles.ai. Read more about your data protection rights.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The full history is visible in the site's public repository .
